SAINT BENEDICT SCHOOL EXTENDED DAY CARE PROGRAM

We are pleased to offer an Extended Day Care Program to students that attend St. Benedict School for the 2009-2010 school year.

PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM

The purpose of the extended day care program is to provide a safe, accessible, and affordable program for the parents who need care for students  after school hours.  It has been established to proved a safe environment for study, supervised after school activities and play.

HOURS AND DAYS AVAILABLE

The program will operate on the same schedule as the school beginning on August 10th, 2009 and ending on the last full day of school.  There will be NO care provided on Holidays.  On days when students are dismissed at noon, there will be NO  extended day care.  Extended Day Care will be open on days when students are dismissed at 1:00 P.M.   Snack is provided with the program.  Care will be provided as follows:

        Regular School Days: 3:00 P.M. - 5:30 P.M.

        1/2 Days: 1:00 P.M. - 5:30 P.M.

Fees

The registration fee is $20.00 per student or $50.00 for three or more students in the same family.  Registration is non-refundable.

Fees will be due every Monday for the following week in which they are attending.  There will be a $2.00/day late fee attached if payment is not received by Monday night.  Drop-in fees are due when a student is picked up.  Students will not be permitted to attend if fees are delinquent.

Rates are as follows:

1. ❖$37.00/week per student.  Three or more days are considered a week.
   

2. ❖$67.00/week for two students
   

3. ❖$88.00/week for three students
   

4. ❖$15.00/week per student for those attending two days each week.
   

5. ❖$12.00/day for first child drop-ins
   

6. ❖$10.00/day for additional child (after first) drop in
   

7. ❖Charges for half days (1:00 P.M. Dismissal) will be an additional $5.00 per student.
   

Acceptable methods of payment include check, money order or cash.
