2020 Saint Benedict PTO Virtual Draw Down

Saint Benedict Catholic School will be hosting their annual Fall fundraiser, the Draw Down, virtually this year due to the COVID - 19 pandemic. As much as we will miss the fellowship and fun we look forward to resuming this wonderful event in person next year. Please be sure to join us via "Facebook Live" on November 13, 2020 at 6 p.m. to see if you are the lucky $5,000 winner or maybe one of the random winners of additional prizes awarded throughout the event.
Virtual Draw Down tickets are $75 each and are available for purchase online through November 12th at midnight. We have added the option to add "insurance" to each draw down ticket for an additional $25 donation. This will ensure that if your ticket(s) are among the first 100 drawn and you've upgraded to the insurance option - your ticket will be placed back in the pot (so you get another chance automatically)!
Winners will be announced during the Virtual Draw Down broardcast, however, you do not have to watch in real time to be eligible to win. Saint Benedict staff will notify the winners by phone/text and/or email.
Ticket numbers are assigned sequentially (based on the time of the purchase starting at 001) by the SBCS Advancement Office. If you would like to request a specific number please contact the SBCS Office immediately. Once numbers have been assigned no changes may be made to accommodate a specific request.
In the case where the final two ticket holders have opted to share the proceeds, both receive $2,500 each. Otherwise, the lucky winner of the $5,000 Grand Prize will be the last number drawn.
Ticket packages are available. One ticket costs $75 (without insurance) and $100 (with insurance). Multiple tickets may be purchased. Anyone wishing to purchase a greater quantity of tickets may call Jeff Keener, Saint Benedict Advancement Office at 251-986-8143. Naturally, if you would prefer to make a donation and not participate in the Draw Down, this is also possible by following the link in the form below.
If you know of someone that would prefer to purchase their tickets in-person and not online, the Saint Benedict Catholic School Main Office and many of the local Parish Offices are facilitating ticket sales. In-person ticket sales close on November 12 at 6 p.m. or when the local office closes.
Proceeds from the 2020 SBCS PTO "Draw Down" will be used to upgrade the main bathrooms and the air conditioners that were damaged by Hurricane Sally in September 2020. *Failing to sell a minimum of 70 tickets or generate $5,000 in ticket sales will result in the return of all ticket purchasers, minus the online processing fee, and prizes will not be awarded.
