Flag Football

Flag Football is for our students in 5th – 8th grade. Our football season culminates with our annual “Turkey Bowl” which takes place in November.

Basketball

St. Benedict participates in the South Baldwin Athletic Association basketball program. Teams are coed for ages 4-5, and by gender for ages 7-8, 9-10, and 11-12. This intramural sport takes place during January and February with games being played against other teams in the Baldwin Athletic Association.

Soccer

This fall program, coached by Saint Benedict parents, and part of the South Baldwin Athletic Association, is a fun way of learning the skills of soccer.

Volleyball

Girls in 5th – 8th grade compete with other schools in the Archdiocese of Mobile pitting their skills against other Catholic youth organization teams in the Mobile area.

Cheerleading

Girls in grades PreK3 – 8th grade cheer for basketball games and pep rallies while developing teamwork and gymnastic skills.
